At Enviro Vat, service does not just mean maintenance or repair. Of course we maintain and repair our equipment on a regular basis. However, we view customer service as a means of providing an individual or an organization with a high-quality resource. We pay close attention to the goals and requirements of our customers and align our services to meet the diverse needs of each project.

An experienced technician will deliver a fully equipped unit to your specified location, set it up, and train your personnel how to operate the system. We will then monitor the operation until we are satisfied that your crew can safely and efficiently operate the Enviro Vat unit. Then we will return on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to inspect, maintain and service the unit.

We have been extremely fortunate to watch this business grow over the past 15 years. We started with one customer and made sure that we did everything possible to earn that business. It’s amazing how personalized you can be when all you have to do is take care of one individual.
